Tips & tricks: Plant out at a distance of 50cm from each other and water in well. Cauliflower can be planted in late winter for a summer harvest, or mid-summer for an autumn harvest. Harvest by cutting off the heads when fully formed. Did you know you can also eat the leaves? These can be cooked just like cabbage.
