CORIANDER

Tips & tricks: Plant out at a distance of 15-30cm from each other. Early spring & late summer are the best times to plant as heat makes the plant flower quicker, meaning less leaf production. Pick the leaves as needed for prolonged harvests. If you want the seeds though, you can let them flower and wait for the the seeds to develop and dry on the plant before harvesting.

Variety: Slowbolt

Description: This variety is developed to produce more leaves and is slower to 'bolt' (go to flower), even when temperatures rise.
