Tips & tricks: Space around 15cm apart & allow 30cm between rows. Each soil block contains more than one plant - no need to thin these out as leeks can be grown well in a clump. Different varieties are suited for planting at different times of year, so make sure to read up on which one you've got. If you want long white stems then you can 'earth-up' around the plants as they grow to blanch them - straw is another alternative.
