How to harvest: Just grab the base of the leaves in a bunch and pull out the radish with a slight twisting motion. We will typically grow radishes in clumps, so choose the biggest ones from each clump, and by harvesting you clear space for the others to grow into! Also, don't throw away the leaves, you can eat these too!

Meal ideas: Both roots and leaves can be thinly sliced and added to salads or stir fries, or dip them straight into dips such as hummus for a lovely crunchy healthy snack! Also great sauteed in butter & salt, or baked in the oven until slightly crispy.
